Prayer For Fear and Anxiety

Lord I come to you because I am have been gripped by fear and anxiety. I ask that you help me to cast my cares all onto you because you care for me. I choose to let go and let you be my King, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and my Prince of Peace. When my mind starts to get overwhelmed with anxious and fearful thoughts help me to think on good things and who You are. I choose to trust you right now in Jesus Name, Amen.
